Terms of Service

Rewardfinity is a self-serve loyalty platform for merchants ("you"). By creating an account you agree to the following plain-language terms.

Your program, your members

You own your member list and program data; export it as CSV anytime. You are responsible for having the right to enroll your customers and for the rewards you promise them. Rewardfinity records points and stamps; it never holds customer funds — reward payouts are delivered by payout providers directly to recipients.

Fair use

No spam, no unlawful programs, no gambling-for-money mechanics, no abuse of the messaging channel. Rate limits and anti-fraud checks apply. We may suspend accounts that harm members or the platform.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Rewardfinity offers free and paid plans. For Shopify-installed merchants, Shopify bills the selected paid plan, shows any trial, and manages subscription approval. You can cancel or change a plan through Shopify; access to paid features changes after Rewardfinity verifies the subscription state. Separate merchant-funded reward-provider costs are paid directly to that provider, not to Rewardfinity.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided as-is without warranties not required by law. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice; your data stays exportable.

Privacy

Member data is handled per the Privacy Policy. You act as the data controller for your member list; Rewardfinity is your processor.
